Kristina runs workshops around Brisbane North and Samford working with clients to build up their skills in a range of areas. Workshops include topics such as couples and relationship skills, parenting, and mindfulness and can be delivered in-person or online.

Dendra Cole, audiologist and Kristina Challands, psychologist provide an introductory workshop to improve your quality of life with hearing issues.  We look at some common hearing concerns, learn about options for managing them and try some experiential exercises to get us on track to tackling our concerns.
